My New Columbia T-Shirt Has a Defective Collar

I bought a t-shirt from Columbia, but I only wore it once because the collar was defective. I took the product to the Akasya store for inspection. Two weeks later, I was informed that the item was ready for pickup. When I went to the store, they told me that the product had been sent back with no issues found. Columbia is definitely a poor company and absolutely not customer-focused. Don't waste your money on their products.
