Columbia Shirt Ironing Damage and Lack of Support

I recently bought some items from Columbia, including pants, shoes, a t-shirt, and a shirt. Even though the shirt was supposed to be safe for ironing, it immediately stuck to the iron when I tried to iron it. I submitted it for review, but unfortunately, I received a response indicating that it was rejected. The customer service provided was not helpful, which was disappointing since it was my first purchase and I received no assistance.
I kindly request assistance with this issue and am hopeful for a resolution. Thanks.
