Columbia Facet 30 Outdry Shoes Torn After 3 Years' Light Winter Wear

Approximately three years ago, I made a purchase of the Columbia Facet 30 Outdry men's shoes directly from Columbia's official online store. After just 3 years, even with minimal use in the winter and being handled with care, the shoes ended up with torn outer edges. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of Columbia's product, as even everyday brands can often fall short in terms of durability and longevity.

After sharing the details with the staff at the Columbia store in Ankara Metromall, they kindly recommended that I pay a visit to a shoe repairer. Their suggestion left me feeling optimistic and grateful. :) I was let down by the product, especially given the high price I paid, having faith in the brand. I have no desire to make any future purchases from this brand.
