I Can't Access My CoinTR Account After Phone Theft and Need Help

I can no longer access my Cointr mobile app account because my phone was stolen. I cannot receive SMS verification codes, and I also have no access to my old phone number or email address. I need to complete the verification process before I can log in to my account. My account has a balance in ₺, and I have the account’s registered full name and date of birth details. I also opened and used this account in Van. Although I remember my email address, I no longer have access to it. I request Cointr to contact me after completing ID and facial verification and update my account with my new phone number and email address.
