Coinsbit Account Access Blocked And Funds Stuck For Two Years

I am filing a complaint against Coinsbit / Coinsbit.io. I had an account on the Coinsbit exchange with approximately 4,000 USD worth of funds remaining on the platform. For about two years, I have not been able to access the exchange properly or withdraw my funds. My complaint is not about a trading loss; the problem is that my remaining customer balance is inaccessible and I cannot withdraw it. Coinsbit.io has effectively blocked my access in a way that prevents me from using the platform and withdrawing my balance. During this period I attempted to contact Coinsbit support, but despite my efforts roughly two years ago, I did not receive any response or workable solution and there is still no clear official recovery or claim process presented to me. I am currently located in Turkey and I am unable to recover my remaining balance through any official channel of the platform. I request that Coinsbit / the responsible operator restore access to my account, confirm my remaining balance, and process my withdrawal of approximately 4,000 USD. If the exchange has discontinued or changed its operations, I also request that they provide an official claim or recovery procedure for former customers and clearly share the legal entity or administrator responsible for former Coinsbit customer assets. I can provide evidence privately to the platform or to the relevant authorities if necessary, including account screenshots, deposit transaction IDs, past withdrawal attempts, support messages and balance records. I do not want any third-party “recovery service” to contact me; I only request an official response directly from Coinsbit or from the legally responsible entity.
