In August 2024, I requested a withdrawal of 4,500 USDT via the ERC20 network from my Coinsbit account. Although this type of transaction should normally be completed within a short time, my withdrawal was delayed for months and I could not access my funds during this entire period. When I contacted Coinsbit support, I was only told that there were issues with the company, without any clear or detailed explanation about why my withdrawal was blocked for so long or when it would be resolved. This situation created serious concern and distrust, as a large amount of my money was stuck on the platform without a definite timeline or transparent communication. I finally received the 4,500 USDT back on 4 February, but the experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional in my opinion. I lost time, peace of mind and trust in the platform due to this unexplained and excessive delay. I request appropriate compensation from Coinsbit for the long and unjustified delay, as well as for the stress and inconvenience caused by not being able to use my funds for months. I also expect a clear explanation of why this happened so that similar situations do not occur again.
