• Confirm whether the order failed, is pending, or was completed
• Credit the order manually or issue a refund if it cannot be found
If Codashop cannot locate the order;
• Contact Codapay support directly with the same payment details
• Ask them to confirm the transaction status and merchant reference
If the issue remains unresolved;
• Save all correspondence and proof
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a missing Codapay order on Codashop and seek help tracing or recovering the payment
