Clinique Even Better Clinical Foundation Cakes and Patches Despite Store Assurance

I purchased a Clinique Even Better Clinical foundation from the Clinique store at Marmara Forum on May 10th. Since the product was quite expensive, before buying it I specifically asked the employee whether there would be any issues like caking or a rough, patchy appearance on the face, and I was told there would be no such problem.
The first time I used the product, I experienced exactly the caking and patchiness issue I had been worried about. So, for my second attempt, I moisturized my skin more thoroughly and tried again, thinking it might be related to my skin; however, unfortunately, the same problem persisted the second time as well.
I believe this product completely fails to deliver on its promise, and that the information provided before the sale was also misleading. I want Clinique to fulfill my refund request for this foundation, which I purchased at the Marmara Forum store.
