Clinique Store Fails to Resolve Skin Redness Complaint After Two Weeks

I purchased a Clinique moisturizer from the Samsun Çarşı store approximately two weeks ago. After using the product a few times, noticeable redness developed on my face and my skin turned bright red. Although I have no other additional complaints, this situation bothered me, and I stopped using the product.
After experiencing this problem, I contacted the store, and I was told that the necessary steps would be handled by the store where I made my purchase. However, since no concrete solution has been offered so far, I felt the need to write this complaint.
I am requesting a refund from Clinique for this moisturizer, which caused redness on my skin. If necessary, I kindly ask that the product be examined and that the process be communicated to me clearly and transparently.
