AI Chatbot Pro Membership Did Not Activate, Requesting $59.99 Refund
On December 10, 2024, I purchased a Pro membership from the website Alchatbot.co, which appeared first in Google search results for "Chat GPT." Despite their claims, the service failed to provide the promised features.
When I logged into another AI site they directed me to, there was no active membership associated with my account. However, I received an email confirmation with the invoice for $59.99, proving I paid for the membership.
I believe this website is not reliable and may be misleading customers. I demand an immediate refund of $59.99 to my card. It’s unacceptable to advertise services that are not delivered. This issue needs to be resolved promptly.
