I Bought Pass Royale but Didn’t Receive It in Clash Royale

Just now, I purchased the Pass Royale in Clash Royale, and the payment went through instantly. I exited the screen after seeing confirmation that the purchase was successful. The money has been deducted from my card, the transaction shows up in my Play Store history as “purchased,” and I even received a confirmation email.

But when I opened the game, the Pass Royale was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t activated, and there’s no sign that I received what I paid for. I’m not talking about a delay—it’s completely missing. My Player ID is L02JU28P, and my in-game name is Candy.

This is incredibly frustrating. I either want the Pass Royale I paid for or a full refund. Supercell, you can’t just take players' money and not deliver the product. Fix this immediately or process my refund without any more delays. I expect better from a company of your size. Players deserve to get what they paid for.
