Clash of Clans Unfairly Banned My Account for Third-Party Software

My Clash of Clans account with the code 2L98VJPJY was unfairly banned, and when I asked for the reason, I was told it was due to using third-party software. My Town Hall is at level 16 and already at the maximum level, so why would I use such software? I have never used third-party software on my account. Please help and lift the ban on my account. I have invested years and a significant amount of money in this game.
