My Clash of Clans Account Is Inaccessible – Supercell Won’t Help

Hello, I used to play Clash of Clans a lot, but one day, my account suddenly became inaccessible. No matter how many times I tried to log in, I couldn’t regain access. When I reinstalled the game, it showed that there was a village at Town Hall level 12, which I immediately recognized as my lost account. However, every time I launch the game, it starts me at level 1, and I have no way to recover my original village.

I have contacted Supercell multiple times, but they have ignored my requests and provided no real support. I am tired and frustrated—every time I open Clash of Clans, all I want is to get my account back. Supercell, please take this issue seriously and help me recover my account!
