I Have Waited Two Months for Citroen C3 Spare Parts

I have been left in a difficult situation due to Citroen’s failure to supply spare parts. On May 4, 2025, my Citroen C3 was hit in the Kozyatağı Metro Market parking lot. Although the other party was found 100% at fault, I have been waiting for spare parts for two months. There is no clear information on when Citroen will supply the part from abroad. Since my vehicle is technically drivable, I am not eligible for compensation or a replacement car. And because the repairs haven't been made, I also cannot claim for diminished value. I urgently request that the necessary spare part be delivered as soon as possible.
