Citroen Returned My Car Dirty After AdBlue Refill and Left Me to Remove the Covers



The service I got when I brought my Citroen in for an AdBlue refill was significantly worse than what I had hoped for. I had to clean the car thoroughly on my own after receiving it filthy; to make matters worse, the cover was carelessly flung on the back seat after the refill. Also, the service crew should have been the ones to remove the interior covers, but I had to do it myself. I felt ignored as a customer because of the general lack of concern with which the procedure was handled. Given the prestige of the Citroen brand, I was hoping for better service so that no one else had to deal with what I had.
