I purchased a Citroen EC-4 electric vehicle in December 2023. The catalog indicates a combined range of 352 km and an urban range of approximately 400 km. Despite using it regularly and cautiously for one month, achieving even 250 km, let alone the promised 350 km, is impossible. Even with careful and slow driving, I couldn't reach 250 km. Despite having only 1,000 km on the vehicle, I had to charge it fully six times. I strongly discourage considering this option. When I reported the issue to customer services, the response from the authorized department was, "It varies depending on usage," providing an empty explanation to salvage the situation. I suggested they test their vehicles under various traffic conditions with an expert, but they claimed there was nothing they could do. While electric vehicles can be enjoyable and economical, I strongly advise against choosing a Citroen.
