Citroen E-C4 Range Problem

About a month ago, two friends purchased a Citroen E-C4 electric car. During the purchase, it was stated that the combined range was 350 km, with the catalog indicating an average range of 350 km and an urban range of 468 km. With approximately two years of experience driving another electric vehicle, I am well aware that the range of electric cars can vary based on usage and weather conditions. However, this particular vehicle consistently provides only half of the advertised range. The range decreases by 2 km regularly, to the extent that simply moving the vehicle from my garage to the front of the house results in a 2 km reduction.
I reported this issue to the sales representative but received no response. When I brought it up with the customer advisor, they attributed it solely to usage and weather conditions. The vehicle's range consistently drops by 2 km, regardless of weather conditions and usage levels, essentially halving the advertised range. In reality, the vehicle's range in any weather condition and usage level is only 175 km. People considering electric vehicles should be informed about the actual ranges they can expect.
