Citroen Delayed My Car Return After an Accident and Gave Me No Replacement
A month ago, I hit a wild pig that suddenly appeared while driving the car I purchased from Citroen Arkas. Since they insisted that I get the insurance through them when I bought the car, I had no choice but to do so. After the accident, the insurance company provided me with a replacement vehicle for only 7 days. Despite explaining my difficulties to Citroen Arkas service and Citroen Turkey—especially since I have a small baby and face transportation issues in the area where I live—my car has still not been returned. Every day, they say it will be delivered “tomorrow,” but it never is. Today is Tuesday, and for the past month, I've had to rely on friends for transportation and cannot leave my child at home. Friends with other car brands who faced similar situations were given a replacement vehicle and had their cars returned within 15 days. I now understand why people say Citroen is a regret. My next car certainly won’t be a Citroen. I thought Citroen was a reliable, corporate company, but I am deeply disappointed.
