Citroen Bodrum Service Delayed My C5 Aircross for 1.5 Months


The Citroen Bodrum service has had our car for a month and a half because they can't get the parts they need. The car, which was bought brand new, got into a small accident. Even though our insurance company gave the green light for all the procedures, the service didn't follow through properly and didn't have the necessary technical knowledge, which led to the car being held hostage. If it took them this much time for a small accident, I'm worried that the car would stay there forever if there was a big one. Even though we complained, they still haven't given us a new car. I've made up my mind to never buy a Citroen again.
