Citroen Customer Dissatisfaction, They Have No Solutions, Warranty Useless
The service and headquarters do not provide you with a solution for a malfunction that occurs in the vehicle after selling it, and do not provide replacement under warranty. It is not a customer-oriented brand. Since I bought the vehicle, I went to the service 5 times due to the same problem. The first 2 times, the parts were replaced. When the same problem occurred again, the headquarters told me not to provide a replacement to the service, let it handle it this way. They also ask me if I would like to extend the warranty. I didn't believe those fancy words and extended the warranty. The warranty is useless.
