I bought a brand new C3 Aircross in November 2022, thinking it was trouble-free. However, since the day I purchased it, my complaints have not decreased. I have over 70 complaints just about the radio, and the insulation is virtually nonexistent. I can clearly hear wind noise, road noise, and every external sound inside the vehicle. My latest issue is that the engine collects an excessive amount of leaves, which then enter the cabin through the ventilation and air conditioning system. I have reported this to the service center and customer service multiple times, but they haven’t been able to find a solution. The only advice they gave was, “Don’t park under trees.” They must have thought long and hard to come up with that response. I would like someone competent and reasonable from customer service to call me and actually listen to what I’m saying.

"The process is still ongoing and there has been no response, positive or negative. When you comment under posts on Citroen's social media accounts (#Instagram #Citroen #Turkey), they immediately delete it, and if you insist, they send an automatic message, but this message is never solution-oriented. There is no trace of the attention and care shown when purchasing the vehicle. They do not respond in any way."
