Citibank Refund From Hint Subscription That I Was Charged

I recently discovered that I have been charged by a service called “Hint” through my Citibank account since January 2026, for an amount of 29.99 (currency not clearly visible to me) on a recurring basis. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I am a senior citizen and have difficulty seeing clearly on my phone, and I am the primary caregiver of my two‑year‑old toddler, who sometimes handles my phone. It is possible that something was tapped accidentally, but I never intended to authorize or maintain any subscription with Hint. I only noticed these charges after they had been taken repeatedly from my bank account, and I have not contacted either Citibank or Hint customer service yet. As the account holder, I consider these payments unauthorized, as I did not knowingly agree to these terms or understand that a subscription was being created. I kindly request that the Hint subscription linked to my Citibank account be cancelled immediately, that all Hint charges taken from my account since January 2026 be fully refunded, and that any future payments to Hint be blocked so that this does not happen again. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible, given my limited income and circumstances as a senior citizen caring for a small child.
