Despite clearly stating that there were no user-induced dents or scratches on the parts, they dismissed my concerns with the vague reply, "We don't know." If Chery intends to remain competitive in this market, it must prioritize customer satisfaction. Continuing to ignore valid complaints with weak excuses will leave me no choice but to pursue my legal rights under commercial law. I have both the time and financial means to do so. Assuming that customers will be discouraged and give up on their claims is a flawed approach. This issue is clearly not my fault, and the lack of any meaningful explanation is unacceptable. I expect Chery to address this grievance sincerely instead of offering standard, dismissive responses.

I am once again warning the Chery Headquarters, the unit that decides on warranty and free repair, and the call center employees who are not dealing with my issue. You have no priority for customer satisfaction. You are ignoring people and causing them to suffer. The satisfaction you could not provide and the grievance you caused were resolved by your representative, Kocaeli Kaya dealership. I especially thank the manager and employees of the Kocaeli Chery Kaya dealership. They resolved my grievance. They were attentive and solved it.
