I Need My Chatiw Account Back Please

I was using Chatiw on my iPhone with the username “Annabella” and I suddenly lost access to my account last night. When I tried to log in again, I was met with a notification stating that my account has been banned. I have not been informed about the reason for this ban and I did not receive any prior warning. I have also not contacted support about this issue before, so this is my first attempt to resolve the situation. I would like my account to be reviewed and the ban to be lifted so that I can continue using Chatiw. I kindly request that you check my account, provide information about the reason for the ban if there is one, and reactivate my account if possible.
