Chatiw 'You Are Banned' Error On Google Chrome Tablet

I am writing about a problem I encountered on the Chatiw website. Today, while trying to access Chatiw from my tablet using Google Chrome, I saw a message on the screen saying “You are banned,” even though I was not connected and do not have any registered account on the site. I do not understand why this ban was applied to me, as I was not using the service with an account and I have not committed any violation to my knowledge. It seems that my access, IP or device has been blocked by mistake. I kindly request that you lift this ban on my access so that I can use Chatiw again, and if possible, inform me of the reason why this blocking occurred.
