Chatiw Ban Appeal After Sudden Account Restriction

I am writing regarding a sudden ban on my Chatiw account, even though I was no longer using the site at the time of the incident. Around 15:30, I had previously opened Chatiw via the Pivert application, but I had already left it and was doing something else. Despite this, I later discovered that my account had been banned. No reason or explanation was shown for this ban, and I have been unable to access my account for about one hour. I have not yet contacted support before this complaint. I request that my account be unbanned as soon as possible and that I be given a clear explanation of why this ban was applied while I was not on the site. I also ask that my account be reviewed and that any unjustified sanctions be lifted.
