About a week ago, I was suddenly banned from accessing Chatiw on my computer without any warning or clear reason. When I try to use the site, I am completely blocked from the service, and no explanation is displayed regarding what rule I am alleged to have violated. I did not receive any prior notice, email, or on-screen message explaining the ban, and I have no information about why this action was taken. I have also been unable to find any effective way to contact Chatiw support to object to the ban or request clarification, which leaves me with no channel to resolve the issue or defend myself in case of a misunderstanding. I respectfully request that my ban be reviewed and lifted, that my access to Chatiw be restored, and that I be clearly informed of the reason for the ban if there is any specific allegation against my account.
