Chatiw IP Address Banned Without Reason

I am a user of Chatiw from Scotland and my nickname on the platform is “seanb***”. I access the service from my Samsung Galaxy S25 phone. As of yesterday, I am unable to use Chatiw because I receive a message stating that my IP address is banned. I do not know the reason for this ban and I have not engaged in any behavior that violates the rules to my knowledge. I have been banned before as well, again without being given any clear reason, and this is very frustrating because I believe I am using the site correctly and respectfully. Currently I cannot even reach any support or contact form because the site blocks me due to the IP ban. I request that my IP ban be reviewed urgently, that the ban be removed if there is no clear and justified reason, and that I be informed in detail of any specific rule I am alleged to have violated. I would like to continue using Chatiw normally under a clear understanding of the rules.
