I Want ChatGPT Free Limit Waiting Time Reduced for Better Access

When the free limit on ChatGPT is reached, a 5-hour waiting period is applied. I think this waiting time is too long and it negatively affects the user experience. Many people use the free version to learn and improve themselves, and such a long waiting time makes it difficult to continue efficiently. I request that the waiting period be reduced to 1 hour and that the free limit duration be set to 45 minutes. Shorter limits would still protect system balance while giving users fairer access. I kindly ask for an adjustment in this regard so that users can benefit more efficiently.
