ChatGPT App Login Error—Blocked from Accessing My Account

When I tried to log into the ChatGPT app, I encountered an error message. After signing out and attempting to log back in, I kept receiving the following error:

"Something went wrong. Please ensure your device’s date and time are set correctly, check your internet connection, and restart the app before trying again."

Error Code: b45a6b6c-fe29-4e38-be5a-02afb32624c5, service 401, 908b4521cdc8d60b-IST

Even after following these instructions, I am still unable to access my account. This issue is preventing me from using a service I rely on.

OpenAI, fix this issue immediately! If anyone else has experienced this, please share any solutions. A paid AI service should not block users with unexplained errors!
