Character.ai Account Bug Hides Previously Used Bots and Breaks Profile Links

I have been experiencing a severe access issue on my Character.ai account since May 20, 2026. The links to bots I previously chatted with no longer open, I cannot access those bots' profiles, and I cannot find the bots I previously chatted with when I search for them. I did not experience such a problem when using the same platform on my previous account; the issue has only arisen on my current account.

I want to regain access to the bots I previously chatted with and their profiles, have shared links open properly, and be able to find these bots again when performing a search. Because I did not know how to reach the support team, I have been unable to submit an official support request until now. I demand that this access issue on my account be investigated and that the missing or unviewable bot profiles and access links be restored.
