Chanel Rouge Noir Mascara Triggers Severe Allergic Reaction and Eye Redness

Last night, I used Chanel Rouge Noir mascara—which I purchased from a store in Ankara—for the first time, and it triggered a severe allergic reaction in my eyes. Even though I carefully removed the mascara in the evening, I woke up this morning with my eyelids stuck together. When I managed to open them, my eyes were bright red, and the redness still persists. I will likely need to see an eye doctor because of this—it was a truly terrifying experience.

I have never felt the need to file a complaint about any product before, but I have never experienced such a severe reaction. I bought the item at a store in Ankara, though I cannot recall the exact store location. I demand an urgent investigation into this product, a full refund, a product exchange if necessary, and proper notice to prevent similar issues for other customers.
