I have been using the Chamet live video chat app on my Android phone and originally logged in with my Facebook account. However, after logging out about seven months ago, I have been unable to access my original account. When I attempted to log in again using Facebook, a completely new account was created instead of restoring my existing one.
My original Chamet account is linked to Facebook and has the ID 95036212, which is the account I want to recover. Unfortunately, I have lost access to it and cannot find any way to restore it through the app.
I have already contacted Chamet customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, and my account has still not been recovered. This lack of support has made the situation even more frustrating.
I kindly request that my original Chamet account with ID 95036212 be recovered and reactivated as soon as possible. If necessary, I also request that the newly created incorrect account be removed to avoid further confusion. Additionally, I expect a clear update on the status of my request and a prompt resolution to this issue.
