Chamet Account Recovery Problem – I Lost Access to My Old ID

I have been using Chamet on my Android phone, and I lost access to my old account about 4 days ago. I want to log back into my old ID, but I cannot access it anymore. Unfortunately, I do not remember the login details or the method I used previously, and I do not have the username, registered phone number, or email information for that account. I have not yet been able to reach Chamet customer support about this issue. I kindly request your help to identify and recover my old ID and help me log in again, or to guide me clearly on what information you need from me so that you can restore my access to that account.
