I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Chamet account. My account was at Level 6 with the username “Aleezy j***” and User ID 110458*** and I use Chamet on an Android device. Until Friday evening my account was working properly, but today around 1 pm I noticed that my account was not working correctly and later showed as deleted. It appears that someone else gained access to my account and operated it without my permission. After about three hours my account appeared again, but I could not log in properly and I received a “multiple registration” warning on my mobile device. When I finally managed to log in, my account opened but nothing was visible: my level shows as zero, my friends, following and followers all show as zero, and my previous status as a Level 6 account has disappeared. I contacted Chamet customer support and was told to go to “My Profile” and scroll down to choose the information I want, but this does not solve my problem because my account was hacked and partially deleted. Even though it came back, all my data and progress are missing. I kindly request that my account be fully restored as soon as possible, including my previous Level 6 status, followers, following list, friends and all other data linked to this account, and that my account be secured against any further unauthorized access.
