Chamet Invitation Reward Not Received

I am using the Chamet application and participated in the “Invite a Friend” campaign. I invited a friend with my own referral link, my friend registered through this link and completed the registration about 8 hours ago. According to the campaign conditions, I should receive gems as an invitation reward once the invited user registers. However, although my friend appears as registered in the “One-time Rewards” section, the corresponding gems have still not been credited to my account. The screenshot I have shows the invited user and the reward status, but my balance has not changed. I request that you check my account and this specific invitation, identify why the invitation reward has not been credited, and promptly add the missing gems to my Chamet account or clearly explain the reason in case of any restriction or technical issue.
