Chamet Account Hacked And Phone Number Changed

My Chamet account appears to have been hacked and my registered phone number was changed without my permission. I first noticed the problem today when I saw that the phone number on my account had been altered to an unknown number. Although I can still log in to my Chamet account using my Gmail, all OTP verification codes are now being sent to this unknown number, which clearly shows that someone else has gained access to and modified my account details. This situation is very worrying for me because my account security and personal information may be at risk, and I currently do not have full control over my own account. I have already contacted Chamet support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the unknown phone number linked to my profile be completely removed, and that I be allowed to add my correct phone number (01705994***). I also expect my account to be fully secured, access restored solely to me, and any suspicious activity checked and blocked if necessary.
