My Chamet Account Was Hacked After Suspicious Link and OTP Scam

My Chamet account was hacked today after I received a suspicious link and a phone call. During this process, a one-time password (OTP) was used without my consent, and my account was taken over. After the hack, I noticed that my in‑app balance and items were affected, and I suffered a financial loss. Since then, I have not been able to use or control my account. I contacted Chamet support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my hacked account be urgently recovered, that unauthorized access be blocked, and that my account be secured so this does not happen again, including the restoration of any losses caused by the hack.
