I Ordered CeraVe From Mordepom 4 Days Ago and Received No Shipping Update

On May 18, 2026, I placed an order and made payment on Mordepom for the CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser (236 ml) for acne-prone skin. I am expecting delivery to my address in Ankara; however, although four days have passed, no shipping information has been shared with me yet.

When I track the shipment on the website, it still appears as "preparing," and customer service is completely unreachable. I am unable to get any information regarding my order status or view a clear delivery date.

My order number is 260519526504. I demand that my product either be dispatched to the courier immediately and delivered to me, or that the paid amount be refunded to my account without delay.
