On June 11, 2026, I purchased a CeraVe Hyaluronic Acid Serum along with my child's medications from Gaziemir Yeşildal Pharmacy. Although the market price of the product ranges between 700 and 900 TRY, I noticed on the receipt that the serum was charged at 1,929.90 TRY. Because I was in a hurry at that moment and occupied with getting my child's prescriptions, I paid and left without verifying the price beforehand.

I hold the receipt for the product, which clearly displays the item name as "Cerave hylaronik serum" listed at 1,929.90 TRY. I ended up paying an amount significantly above the standard market rate for this product.

I request that necessary reviews be conducted and that the excess amount I paid for this item be refunded to me.
