CCleaner Pro License Key Not Working After Purchase
I purchased a CCleaner Pro account package on December 18, 2024, but I was never able to use it due to a license key issue. I contacted the support team by email and was asked to adjust certain settings on my computer. Despite trying multiple times, the program did not accept the Pro key.
After that, I removed the program from my computer and requested a refund. Since December 26, 2024, I have sent six emails and have received no response. If my refund is not processed, I will initiate legal action.
