CCleaner Charges $40 Without Authorization and Blocks Cancellation
On October 28, 2025, I noticed that a charge of approximately $40 USD was made to my account via the App Store without my knowledge or consent. I tried to cancel the subscription, but I am unable to complete the cancellation process. I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that the charged amount be refunded to me, and that my subscription be fully canceled.
The last four digits of the credit card used for this transaction are 9442.
