Cashback Site Repeatedly Harassed Me via WhatsApp and Ignored Communication Requests

I signed up for the Cashback site hoping for a fair gaming experience, but it has become one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve ever used. The issue started when I began losing consistently without receiving any of the loss bonuses that are usually standard across similar platforms. Despite suffering repeated losses, Cashback never offers compensation—no matter how much is lost.
What makes this worse is the relentless WhatsApp communication. I clearly told the support representative that I no longer wanted to be contacted by someone named Y*****. They said, “Understood, sir.” Yet, within just a few hours, Y***** was calling me again. This repetitive, unwanted contact is not only invasive but also disrespectful, especially after I requested it to stop.
At this point, I regret ever joining the site. My account username is ali46solak, and I don't mind if my account is closed. What I want is for my complaint to stay visible and for this harassment to stop. I demand a full investigation and immediate termination of all contact from this representative.
