Crystalized Carte d'Or Ice Cream Complaint

I recently bought Carte d'Or ice cream, and to my disappointment, it was crystallized when I opened it. I've come across this issue with Carte d'Or products before. It's quite disappointing to witness a well-known brand creating crystallized products, which has greatly eroded my confidence. I am looking forward to a resolution that meets my expectations, as there are worries regarding the product's quality and the potential for foodborne illness.
