Carrefour Express Order Not Delivered At the Promised Hour
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent order with Carrefour (#149218418). The delivery time for my order was between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM, as indicated on the delivery schedule. At 9:00 PM, I was still waiting for the delivery to arrive, which was disappointing. I chose to reach out to Carrefour's customer service department to inquire about this issue and hopefully receive some answers. Their reply briefly raised my hopes, as they assured me that someone will contact me soon. I haven't been contacted by anyone, and still haven't received the delivery. I know that there might be delays for unexpected reasons, but this situation has made me feel a bit disheartened. Also, I want to mention that I have had problems with Carrefour's delivery service before. This situation keeps occurring, why? you got to do something about this.
