Carrefour Blocked My Access to Their Catalog

When I tried to access Carrefour’s website from my MacBook Pro (Mac OS 15.6.1) using the DuckDuckGo browser and a private VPN service, I have been receiving a “Sorry, you have been blocked” error message for two days (September 10 and 11, 2025). The screen displayed Cloudflare Ray ID: 97d631d23e7e2a91 and IP: 193.37.254.188. I only wanted to view the product catalog and order what I needed; I never even proceeded to the payment stage. I believe this block happened because I was using a VPN, but since I live abroad and have security concerns, I must use one, and I do not think it is fair that my access to the site is restricted for this reason. Although I have not suffered a financial loss yet, being unable to shop is creating hardship. My expectation from Carrefour is to be able to access the catalog and shopping services even when using a VPN. My customer number is 6221-5101-0299-6228, and I kindly request that this issue be resolved and an alternative access method be provided. I would also like to note that this complaint is submitted from İzmir.
