I have some problems with Carote Beige Granite, but the quality and performance of the cookware are much worse. The nonstick surface is nice, but even though I carefully followed all of the care instructions, like not using metal utensils or rough cleaners, the performance dropped, making it much less useful. At first, I stopped using it for cooking eggs, then for rice and other similar things. I just realised I haven't touched it at all in a week. Please fix my problems as soon as possible. This could come in the form of a full refund, a better alternative, or a different solution that addresses my needs, I'm pretty sure I’m not the only one feeling this way. Wish I had done a more through research.
