I Paid ₺2,999 for CapCut Pro Yearly but Lost My Membership in a Month

I bought a one-year CapCut Pro subscription for ₺2,999, but my membership disappeared in less than a month without any explanation. I reported this issue to CapCut, but their response was useless, and they stopped replying to my follow-up emails. Because of my work, I purchased another one-month Pro subscription, but now the app doesn’t upload videos properly. It shows uploads as successful, but the videos don’t actually appear anywhere.

I’ve reached out about this problem as well, but no one has responded. In short, if you invest money in CapCut, there’s a high risk that your payment will be wasted and customer support will ignore you. Beware and think twice before paying.
