Canva Won't Export My Video - I'm Stuck

I am absolutely furious with Canva! I've spent valuable time creating a video in your application, and now I can't download it at all! I can convert it to a slideshow, but there's absolutely no option to download it as a video. I've even tried downloading it in smaller, separate parts, but that didn't work either.

This is a critical issue. All my work is now stuck and incomplete because of this fundamental flaw in your app. I'm incredibly frustrated by this inability to export my finished project.

Canva, you need to provide an urgent solution to this video export problem! My projects are on hold because your app isn't functioning correctly. Fix your video download feature now so I can get my work done!
