FaceApp Video Editor Not Working Despite My Annual Subscription

I shelled out for the annual package, expecting full access to all features, but for far too long, your video editor simply hasn't worked for me. This is absolutely unacceptable! I paid good money, a considerable amount in ₺, for a complete service, and I'm not getting what I paid for.

What makes this even more infuriating is that I know plenty of people who use your app, and their video editors work perfectly fine. So, clearly, this isn't a widespread issue for everyone, but it's a critical one for me. Why am I paying for a premium feature that's completely defunct on my account? This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a rip-off.
